Vineyard Cottages Yoga Retreats
Feeling burnt out, fed up with winter or wanting to reboot for spring join us this August at Vineyard Cottages for two weekends of yoga and food with Canadian teacher Robyn Lucas and Vineyard Cottages owner Elle Armon-Jones. Robyn trained in Rishikesh, India and is passionate about the benefits of yoga for our wellbeing. Elle is the owner of The Big Foody Food Tours and Vineyard Cottages.
Originally from Ottawa, Canada yoga teacher Robyn and her partner Kevin are taking a couple of years out to explore New Zealand and teach some yoga!
Robyn will guide you through breathing and meditation in our Friday wind down session to begin your stay with us.
A delicious plant based dinner is served in the lodge before you retreat to your cottage to enjoy the rest of the evening. Bring your slippers and favourite book, the hot chocolate is amazing!
On Saturday morning we take you to the vineyard for some salutes to the sun before our morning session “Awaken the mind” with Robyn.
We join Elle in the lodge for a class in plant based foods for winter and spring. Keep the bugs away with our delicious soup, winter salads and warming risottos.
